The property is reached via a winding drive through woodlands. The main house is on three levels.
The sitting-dining room is large and comfortably furnished with a chimney, satellite TV, DVD and WIFI. It has large doors opening onto a dining terrace with jaw dropping sea views.
There is a large very well equipped eat in kitchen which opens onto a terrace with woodland views.
On the top floor is the master suite furnished with a kingsized bed and ensuite bathroom. It has its own private chill out terrace with sea views.
There is a further doublé bedroom on the floor below which also offers an en suite bathroom and beautiful views.
There is also a twin bedded room with a bathroom next to it.
The guest house oozes character and has two bedrooms one of which is on the ground floor and the second on the gallery floor above. These are served by a full bathroom.
It is outside in the grounds of this villa that will captivate guests. It has many terraces and shaded seating areas where it is possible to escape, read quietly or just chill out whilst soaking up the sea views.
The pool area has loungers and again boasts wonderful sea views.
There is a large covered BBQ area with summer kitchen overlooking the pool so no one has to be indoors in the kitchen whilst the sun is shining.
Although the property is secluded and private it is equi distance from Port Alcudia with its 7km long sandy beach, marina, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants and also the medieval walled town of Alcudia which offers everything from banks, chemists, shops, restaurant, petrol station and a twice weekly market on Sunday and Tuesday mornings.
The golf course of aucanada is a mere 800 metres from the accommodation.
